We offer discount for ordering more than $200, $500 or $1000, that is why we encourage you to order at least $200 or order prepacked items if available to save $$$.

Yes, we do.  Discount will be applied on orders exceeding certain amount for registered members Sunway Star. Do you have minimum order amount requirement?
Yes, we do.  This is an online wholesale wetsite.  The minimum order amount requirement is $100.00.  Your order will not be processed until it meets the minimum order amount reqirement. We offer discount for ordering more than $200, $500 or $1000, that is why we encourage you to order at least $200 or order prepacked items if available to save $$$.

Assorted size means regular proportion of specific item and color. For example, when you order 12 pcs assorted size, it may include 3 small, 5 medium and 4 large, or 6 S/M and 6 M/L, or more Medium, M/L size, less Small and Large size, or what are available in our stock.  If you choose this option, we would like to thank you in advance since you are helping us to prepare your orders as completely as possible, because in some unlikely cases, when you are ordering specific quantity on specific sizes that are short or out of stock, then your order will be imcomplete.  By choosing this option you agree we prepare your order based on regular proportion or on our inventory availability.

How can I get tracking numbers for my orders and track the update status of my order?
To track the status of your orders and order histoy or get tracking numbers, please visit: http://www.sunwaystar.com/app/orderhistory.asp. If your order has been shipped out, you will see a tracking number on the order form. Clicking on the tracking number will pop-up UPS (or other carriers) tracking window which tells you the update shipping status.

What kind of Payment method do you accept?

Payment can be made to us using one of the following methods :

  • By Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover . Please Click here to download Purchase Order Agreement along with credit cardholder authorization form we have prepared for your convenience.
    Any attempt to use stolen credit cards or credit card numbers will be reported to the FBI or the RCMP. We will supply the authorities with information needed to prosecute the thief.
  • Send us Money Order or Cashier´s Check (payable to Sunway Design & Manufacturing Co., Inc.) to our USA head office at:

  • By PayPal: We accept PayPal payment If you would like to choose PayPal payment option, please make payment immediately once your order is submitted. We will then make further contact with shipping costs and/or total balance for you to pay by the time your order is ready to go.  With PayPal option you do not need to fax us the purchase order agreement along with your credit card information. Please include your order number and member ID number when you send PayPal payment. Our PayPal ID is: payment@sunwaystar.com
  • For repeat customers, if we have already got your credit information on file, we will run the same credit card before your order is shipped unless otherwise requested or informed
  • C.O.D. option is not accepted unless you are pre-approved but it not available for the first order. If you request C.O.D. option, you are required to sign and fax us the credit card authorization form if you have not yet done so. By signing the credit card authorization form, you agree that all refused shipment returned to SunwayStar.com is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and total amount of shipping cost including C.O.D service charge and you authorize SunwayStar to charge your credit card on file the amount incurred.

Are all items on your website available?
We are making our effort to make sure all items listed on our website are in stock. If your order quantity on certain style is more than 20 dozens per color/size, please contact us first to make sure we have enough inventories for your order. In case of insufficient inventory, we will ship whatever is available and only charge you on items shipped. The rest of your order will be regarded as back order upon your request, otherwise, by default, you will need to reorder the same items if you want next time when they are available.

Do you take special large quantity orders on the items listed on your website?
Yes, we do. Please allow about 30 ~ 60 days to complete the order. 30% of the total invoice of the special order amount has to be pre-charged and non-refundable as the deposit for special orders. Do you take special orders on custom design belts? Can you make belts and buckles of my design?

How to estimate the shipping rate? Do you ship to worldwide other than United States?
  • We ship orders worldwide via UPS, FedEx or USPS other than domestic United States;
  • Ship from location: Los Angeles, CA, United States, Zip Code: 90021
  • Shipping price is based on actual weight of your order and your selected shipping carrier´s standard rate.  The average unit weight of our belt is about 6~8 oz (or 0.35 ~0.5 LB). You can estimate the shipping fee by yourself by estimated quantity you would order and your preferred carrier.  You will be informed the exact shipping cost after your order is submitted;

On the size dropdown box of bulk sale prepacked items, what does ASSORTED 6-6 or 4-5-3 mean?

It means a certain proportion of assorted sizes, for example, 6-6 means 6 pcs of size S/M and 6 pcs size M/L, total of 12 pcs; 4-5-3 stands for 4 pcs S/M, 5 pcs M/L and 3 pcs L/XL, total of 12 pcs.

This gives you an option if you want a prepacked 12 pcs per color with assorted sizes.
